Terms & Conditions
1. All holidays, packages are offered on a 'first-come' basis and are subject to availability at time of booking.
2. Algarve Golf Holidays reserve the right to refuse any booking without giving reason.
3. Algarve Golf Holidays will endeavour to supply the holiday requested but reserve the right to alter, change, ammend or withdraw specific offers at their sole discretion.
4. Where it becomes necessary to alter elements or the detail of any specific holiday Algarve Golf Holidays will endeavour to replace on a like-for-like or better basis.
5. A Fifteen Per Cent deposit is required at the time of initial booking, subject to a minimum sum of Seventy-Five Euros per person. This is strictly non-refundable.
6. The full balance (full price less deposit paid) must be received by Algarve Golf Holidays no later than Sixty Days prior to the date of travel.
7. In the event of cancellation for whatever reason, the full balance (full price less deposit paid) is Fifty Per Cent refundable only up to Thirty Days prior to the date of travel but is fully non-refundable thereafter.
8. The 'Lead Name' on all bookings is the person who makes the booking.
9. The Leader (Lead Name) is deemed the person responsible for the booking, for all aspects of the holiday and for all members of the party.
10. The Leader is therefore responsible for all payments being made accurately and timeously, for the accuracy of all information supplied to Algarve Golf Holidays including but not exclusively regarding identity of party members and for the conduct and behaviour of all party members.
11. The Leader is also responsible for the accuracy of all information supplied to Algarve Golf Holidays including but not exclusively regarding details of the holiday requested and any subsequent changes or ammendments requested.
12.The Leader is solely responsible for any ammendments made including but not exclusively regarding party members, party size, dates, times and golf, accomodation or transport arrangements.
13. The Leader must be travelling with the party.
14. All accomodation is booked solely for persons named at the time of booking. Algarve Golf Holidays or appropriate management, owners or companies reserve the right to refuse admittance/entrance to unlisted persons.
15. Party sizes must not exceed the numbers stated when booking.
16. You will be notified when booking in cases where security deposits are required and the terms pertaining to them.
17. If for any reason terms and conditions change between booking and your date of travel, the Leader will be notified of such by Algarve Golf Holidays.
18. Algarve Golf Holidays reserve the right to decline any person as a client if they are disruptive in any way. Those refused boarding of an aircraft or ejected from hotel or golf club premises due to disruptive behavior, the effects of alcohol or drugs or for whatever reason shall be deemed to have cancelled their booking at that time and full cancellation charges plus any costs incurred by Algarve Golf Holidays will apply.
19. Should Algarve Golf Holidays need to change accomodation booked or any other of the holiday arrangements made they reserve the right to do so at any time but will endeavour to supply alternative accomodation or other services in the same or similar local and of a like standard.
20. Should Algarve Golf Holidays have to cancel a booking prior to your date of travel due to reasons beyond our control no liability can be accepted by Algarve Golf Holidays and clients may be offered an alternative holiday at a future date.
21. Algarve Golf Holidays accepts no liabilty for circumstances outwith our control which lead to loss of accomodation, golf times, car hire, transfers or services such as but not exclusively water and electricity supplies nor the consequences of actions of persons who control the supply of accomodation, golf, car hire, transport, mains services or any service pertaining to your holiday.
22. Guests are responsible for ensuring they are in possession of valid passports, visas, vaccination certificates, drivers license, golf handicap certificates and all and any documents which may be required of them.
23. While every effort is taken to ensure that information relating to your holiday is accurate and up to date Algarve Golf Holidays do not accept responsibility for innaccurate or out of date information supplied to us by hotels, villa renters, golf courses, car hire and transport companies or other service suppliers or for the actions of individuals in dispensing such information.
24. Algarve Golf Holidays accepts no responsibility and is not liable in respect of loss, damage, cancellation or changes caused by reason of War, Riots, Civil Strike, Terrorist Acts, Fire, Flood, Natural Disaster, Closure of Airports, Hotels or Golf Courses or any other event which is beyond our control.
25. Algarve Golf Holidays accepts no responsibility for accident or injury incurred while at any location or at any time while on holiday including but not exclusively regarding swimming pools, other recreation areas in hotels, golf courses and bars and restaurants or elsewhere on roads or walkways, in shops or when participating in any sport or other activity.
26. Clients should ensure they have adequate and appropriate insurance for the duration of their stay. Loss or injury should be notified immediately to your insurer.
